How Do I make shipping taxable?

Create a non-inventory called "SHIPPING" and make it taxable. This is how we have to do it in Canada.

I havn't ever setup the integrated shipping feature, so I don't know exactly how it works - but I think that if you want to use the integrated shipping feature, you won't be able to tax the shipping. Now maybe you can use the integrated shipping feature simply to record the tracking number and have an automatic link to the tracking page, but still have the shipping feature charge $0, and then use the "SHIPPING" item to charge the proper amount. If this will work, I don't know. You would have to experiment with it yourself. Hopefully someone else can offer some advice, or you can just try it and let us know what happens.
