We have RMS 1.3 installed in our church for over a year now, but still we did not figure out how to process monthly membership dues? Is it possible?
Basically what we are looking for is a way to every month charge members ("Customer") a specific preset value. Of couse we know how to do that manually, but is it possible to have RMS do it automatically every month?

hi, I know such facility is not avaiable in RMS, you are looking for the scheduling payment option. However I have one solution see if it works with you.
Create an item with non-inventory called (SERVICE,MEMBERSHIP) and create the layaway transaciton in Point of sales , remember to set the configuration for the layaway the default monthly payment option then in transaction enter whole yearly memebership amount, the system automatically calcuated the percentage of payment for this and then every month you can call up this layaway and received the payemnt. See if this works with you, it is just idea click to me for 1 min. so if i think more i think i will come up with more ideas.
