What are Inc and Ex costs and are you asking for more custom fields or do you really mean customer fields?

In places like Australia retailers prefer to see the cost of an item including tax as well as Excluding.

So that quoting items is a little easier for items.

Gotcha. Here in the States we assume its always sold plus tax.

Of course, we just have a sales tax rather than a VAT. Resellers of product not normally taxed. The tax is collected when its sold to the end user and they pay the tax then. Every month or so, we send the tax collected minus a small allowance for collecting the tax and paperwork, to the state and or county.
