More discount levels in RMS

I want to set up some customers at cost plus 15%, 10% etc. I cannot do that with the current Customer discounts.

I tried using Price B as a cost plus - but that means every new item needs to have the price level B created when it is entered into the system.

Need to add this feature or is there a way already to do this within version

Hi Kathryn, use the item wizard....in manager go to wizards - inventory wizard - next - select "task 110 change item prices - next - click on "all" to select all items in all departments - next - price change method set markup from cost - enter your markup ie 10 percent - price to be changed set to level B - next - set rounding rules if applicable - finish - then you'll see all your items - clicking commit will set the price B for you -

this will work for all your exist> I want to set up some customers at cost plus 15%, 10% etc. I cannot do that

If your prices and discounts are negotiated with your clients by Department, Category, items and by type of client [group the client by account type] then you can use our Customer Price Matrix add-on that allows you to have unlimited contractual prices with start and end date and reason codes.
