Net Display syntax error

Hi.

I'm trying to set up a net display and I keep getting an Invalid Syntax Error page instead of my advertising pane (receipt pane is fine). There is only one channel with one Url for testing but I keep getting the shdoclc.dll/syntax.htm#home:about error. Tried 2 different machines, numerous Urls all with the same result.
