I have a customer that is setting up a new branch, they already have other branches. He is transferring data into the database of the new branch in QH although there is no hardware in place on site in the new store yet and nothing installed in the physical site.
He says that the data is not showing up, which it won't do until we can install the HQ client on his. I just want to double-check that this is the case. That the data is definitely transferring and it WILL show when the client is run. My customer doesn't want to waste his time.
