Hi all. I'd like the customer's phone number to be displayed along with their address (in the Bill To area), but the POS doesn't do that. I've looked in File Config in Manager for an option. It's such an elementary piece of information that I don't think it should require a customized caption to do this. What gives? Help is greatly appreciated.

The main display screens in RMS cannot be modified unless it is done by MS (guess what - they aren't going to do it unless it's part of 3.0). You can use the FIND button on the customer lookup screen to SEARCH for a phone number if you are trying to use it as a selector. If you are trying to just display the info the the cashier after they have selected a customer, a mod to Status.htm is probably your easiest solution. Digital Retail Solutions has an item lookup replacement that lets you change the displayed fields - I don't know if there is something similar for customers or not, but you might want to check them out. I think it is digitalretailer.com, but you should be able to google them.
