QuickBooks Interface Or SBM

Is the QB 2003/2006 Real Time or do we need to post it daily? IE When I receive a PO does it automatically go to Bills to Pay in QB or do we need to import it?

Not really an import but more of a push. It does take manual interevention to get it there.
