Are any other users of RMS in Ireland or the UK Familar with the CommXL Company

We are using their Smart C Card lite to process Chip and Pin Credit Cards in RMS Through a Pin Pad that is connected to RMS and is integrated into the EPOS.Are any users having issues with Staff double tapping a process button and therfore losing certain card transactions.
I have spoken to CommXL about this problem and I still have no solution.
