Security Levels- Manager overrides

I have a potential client who wants to be able to set up a security level where a cashier cant take a return. However, they want to be able to go in and override that with their manager ID. How are overrides done in the system. Andrea

Andrea,

  1. Cashier logs out with F9
  2. Manager logs in, does override, presses F9 again
  3. Cashier logs in, completes transaction
