RMS V1.2; I'm changing from Citibank Merchant Processing to Chase Paymentech. For some reason, in the EDC Config window, Preferred Provider is missing from the drop-down list. It only lists Citibank, PC Charge, IC Verify, Atomic, and WT1. Is there a way to add Chase Paymentech to that field? I have new merchant number, etc.
