Signaturecapture for receipt templates

Make available for inclusion in both the Receipts & Statements Receipt Templates those signatures captured from electronic devices such as the TT1500. and are being stored in the CapturedSignature Tables.

I thought the signature printed out on a re-print of the receipt. MS claims you can view it by looking at the tenders button in the Journal.

Contact New West for an add-on to print it onto the original receipt.

The reprint of a receipt does not include the signature that has been captured, yes you are able to view the signature via the tenders button and indeed print the signature out. The only problem is that the signature is not integral to the receipt so the end result of this is that Customers still dispute the authenticity of receipt vs signature.

The New West solution is fine, we are in fact trialling this at the moment.

However, if these options were available to us via the receipt and statement variables then we could easily modify receipts and statements to include the signature. sprcially when you are already capturing and storing the signature.
