Standard inventory transfer

I have one client that create a standard inventory transfer instead of "Inter-store transfer" and committed it, but it is not going to the other store, because of "Standard" be choosen. How can I get it to transfer to the other store, since it already took out the inventory from the store it is being transfer out of?
