Thanks, but I don't have a service contract. I could barely afford the base system and will have to make do with what is available.

For any MS employees out there, I get very frustrated that I am expected to continue to pay for add-ons or custom reports that should be included in what is marketed as "inventory management" software. To manage inventory there should be an open-to-buy report, a turns by department report, a report detailing what is open and on back-order with your vendors, and you should be able to run a report to see how your inventory fluctuates through the year.
