Transfers out

The transfer out shows the total quantity in not issued transfers out (to others stores, suppliers, or standard) Plz check your open, partial trasnfers out to find out why u have thoses quantities

The large quantities that shows in your Transfer Out might be a result of barcode scanned in the qty field.

During an actual transfer, if the staff are in Quick Scan and if the barcode they are trying to scanned is not in the database and without checking if is found then the cursor will park on the qty field. and by the time they want to scanned a new barcode it will go to qty field without them knowing it.

To check, see where that particular barcode was transfer and to rectify it, just sent it back to the issuing shop with the exact quantity being send previously.

In this way, your quantity will be reconciled.

And to make sure that this scene will not happen again, blocked the qty field so that it will only accomodate 1 qty per scanning.

Now, if you want to tranfers 100 pcs of that item. Scanned the barcode, click yes and click done. go to qty ord then type the no. of pcs , in this way you can avoid large qty mistake.
