unable to default Item tax when adding an item from PO screen.

Using RMS Ver 2.0.0105 - When creating a new Item from Purchase Order screen, the Item tax field shows eventhough RMS is defaulted to show Item Tax.

I think that is a bug rather than a missing feature. It is not fixed in

2.0.0107.
