Does anyone know what field in the VisaNetAuthorization Table correspnds to the 'card present' or 'manual entry' data. The field values/meanings would also be helpful.
A new problem has surfaced with cards wrongly labeled by RMS as 'manual entry' when the card was swiped. Besides the upgrade in processing fees, now I have realized (the hard way) that this may also lead to lost chargebacks when a Request for Documentation is required and the processor thinks the card was not present. If you don't have an imprint (which of course we don't) you are out of luck.
