Where can I find the code or sql statements that are being executed when a worksheet is processed?

Run SQL Profiler - one of the tools provided with full versions of SQL Server. It will log every statement that is run on the SQL Server. Be aware that RMS generates a LOT of SQL Statements that are just noise...
