I accessed a finance charge on a customer with overdue invoices to see what the amount would be (don't know how to find out any other way except using a calculator). I will offer to waive the charge if customer pays within a certain period.
Can I delete the resulting finance charge invoice & still be able to access it again(create new finance charge invoice) if customer decides not to pay on time again?
