Hi again, when I upgraded to QB2004 late last year I started noticing jumbled up lines of text on printouts. Any list of transactions is tricky to read, especially bank reconciliation detail. Some lines of text are legible but others seem to have two lines printed over the top of each other. I can print the same report out twice and different lines are garbled the second time than were the first time.
This never used to happen with QB Pro 6, and no other programmes on my WinXP system have print problems. It's an Epson Stylus C80 printer.
Does this sound normal, or has anyone else experienced it and found a way to fix the problem?
