I was just getting ready to print the W-2's for one of my clients and decided that it might be a good idea to run a payroll summary report to verify that the totals match. I discovered that Quickbooks is not generating a W-2 for one employee. What's strange is that this employee has been given W-2's in the past.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
