Reserve accounts with one Savings account

I'm trying to figure out how I can use quickbooks (QB Pro 2003) to set up several reserve accounts within one bank account. In other words, each month I put money into a savings account to cover future tax liabilities and for future equipment purchase. I want to be able to keep track of where the money in that savings account is earmarked for. Is there a way to do this?

It's called a sub account.
