We are now starting to split up our commissions on various deals splitting the Gross Margin among several people on our staff where one person gets 25% and another gets 25% and another get 50%, and other various combinations...
We need some add-on software to quickbooks or a method within quickbooks to calculate this commission without error. Anyone out there have complicated commissions payoffs and use Quickbooks?
How do you do your commissions calculations in these cases?
