2012/2017 Stock Chart

Would anyone care to provide and answer/direction to make Quicken provide a stock chart. While in investing, right clicking a stock displays a dialog box the is supposed to allow Quicken.com quote and chart, If I click on the quote or chart it opens another dialog box with SS-Initiated SSO in the upper left corner. That dialog box is asking to sign in to Quicken.com. After inputting the user ID and password to sign in it goes to site error with "an unexpected error..." is displayed. I had this same problem with 2012 Quicken and is the only reason I updated to 2017. Anybody know how to correct this error? R. Wink

I suggest attempting to use a web browser to access

If the issue persists, you may want to create a new user account or contact support.

Your link also provides the same error.

There's nothing wrong with the link. I just used it to logon to quicken.com from IE11 and Chrome Version 53.0.2785.143 with no problem.

I also don't find any problem with Quicken. I have just successfully logged on to quicken.com from within Q2014 and Q2017.

As already suggested, I think you need to contact support.
