It's worked for me the last few days. I just ran it at 4:00 PM MST and it worked fine. No errors.

I can'd my AmEx card simply because their download site was so unreliable. That was about 3 years ago.
Down for me since 7/30
I'm in NY/NJ area
Back up this evening, but I'm still getting these duplicated transactions, the original clears one day and then a duplicate shows up 2-3 days later.
I too had download problems since Saturday (ie: didn't work). Today, Wednesday morning 800ish EDT, *all* my transactions since 7/28 (that had been already accepted and reconciled) reappeared, so I manually deleted them all. I did call the AMEX Quicken # (800-AXP-1234 in case you folks didn't know that!) and they told me they're "aware" of their download problems, but a fix or estimated time of resolution isn't known. She also couldn't tell me that I wouldn't have the same duplicate download problem again.
Doesn't make me feel too good about such things. Whatever software they're using for this doesn't seem to work too well. I hope their back office stuff is better. Why do I get the sneaky suspicion that their retail sofrware that interacts with Q and Microsoft Money in consumer homes just isn't tested and thought out as well as their back office, interbank stuff? Or maybe we just don't hear about problems in that arena? Can you imagine what must go on if they sent duplicate transactions to their commercial clearing systems in the thousands or higher volume? I'm ticked off with just a dozen transactions....
