I am frustrated that no Quicken 2004 cash flow reports allow you to group and subtotal entries by month. I need this because my pay and many of my bills occur with that frequency.
I've tried to create a sample year-long report, with entries ordered by date and successfully exported it to Excel. But I can't manipulate the Pivottable Wizard in Office 2000 such that I get the above grouping.
Ideally, Quicken ought to offer this simple option. Even if Quicken
2005 offered it, that alone would not make it worth buying for me.Please let me know how I can create reports grouped by month using either Quicken or Excel.
