Onjline Service Expiration

Is this still under a three year rule?

Since new versions are available long before their version year, how does one apply an "n" year rule? Specifically, in what year and month would Q 2009 lose the online capability?

Thanks!

it's usually 3 years forward - at the end of April - so Q2009 -> end of April 2012

Thanks for the info. Guess I'll check out the Q/TT tie-in sales later this year.

I've purchased older versions off EBAY for much reduced rates. Kinda like buying a used car with the depreciation already depreciated. ;-D

If my 2009 sunsets in 2012, I'll be looking for a 2011 version early next year. Works for me?

Are you asking?

If so, yes, it works for you.

Thanks! It was actually a very poorly worded statement - not a question. ;-D

Just givin' you a hard time.

Your plan sounds fiscally solid.

In the past, there's been talk about Intuit eliminating software and going to an online product, but of late, I haven't heard much more.

Anyone?
