I got home from Staples with QD07 and entered the purchase into the my records with QD07. Ironic, eh? Well, I almost choked when I saw that I had paid $59.99 but Quicken.com shows an additional $10 credit. No shipping charges. I tried to ask via the Quicken "contact" link but it crashed saying "File not found"!
Has any reader been successful at recovering the additional $10? How?
