Q2006 scheduled transactions

For years now, the repeating online payment while listed as a feature in Quicken, has not worked.

I have a mortgage payment, that includes in my breakdown, an amount for interest, principal, and impound ( re tax) everymonth.

I used to be able in years past ( 2001 Quicken) do a repeating, and it used the data from the loan amortization feature to vary the actual breakdown, even though the total was not changing.

Has anyone tried this feature, and also if the imound will make it work?

I don't know what release of Quicken you are talking about, but I can assure you that in my version of Quicken 2004 repeating online payments worked just fine.

This is all standard and can be set up with the Loan wizard (Ctrl-H).

Quicken still does it. I think it has done this uninterruptedly since Quicken 2000 when I acquired the US version of Quicken.

What exactly are you having difficulties with?

I pay my mortgage with a repeating online payment that includes escrow (impound in your terminology) and the Principal/Interest split is correctly calculated by Quicken every month.
