Q2009 Bug Report - Validate Deletes "Estimated" Bill Reminders

Hello,

I have created a new data file in Q2009 Rental Property Manager, and I have set up a few recurring bills. If I run the validate utility, it will delete any bill I have created with an estimated payment.

Can anyone else recreate this on a new data file? And if so, can Intuit look into it?

Intuit is unlikely to answer this question no matter where you post it. But I would suggest going to their Support site:
