I purchased and installed TT06. While it is correctly doing my federal income tax, it is NOT transferring any W2 income to the state tax module. An e-mail to TT resulting in TT setting up a call for Friday between 7 AM and 9AM. Its now 11 AM no call back! No e-mail, no NOTHING!
Following the support page ALSO didn't fix the problem! That instructed me to uninstall and reinstall, no change!
Anyone else not getting the support offered?
