Upgrade to Quicken H&B 2006 questions

Couple of quickies on this...

- Are there any fees involved (or subscriptions) when using the web update feature in 2006? There weren't in 2002 but I'm not sure how much this has changed. eTrade has been the main point of contact for online trx stuff, I do the rest manually.

- Will I be able to get a rebate since I'm upgrading? Kind of a dumb question to ask I suppose, since it was routine to do this in the past, but again just checking. Vendor I'd buy from does not mention rebate. It'd be a regular retail box tho.

- How advertisement-encrusted is 2006? 2002 was pretty spartan (which I like) but over the last couple of years there have been a lot of compliants about spam/ads making it in to the Q interface.

- Is the 2005 version better than 2006? Sometimes these things go backwards

Thanks

I would buy through EBay ... A lot cheaper $20-$25

I checked and many of the ebay listings seemed likely to be pirated software. It's not very expensive at $50-60 after the rebate anyways.

I don't think so,
