We have a rental unit as the only source of income in our partnership. I was working on my 1065 and had the following questions:
. Item G : I need to fill if this is an initial return or final return ... what is the difference?
. On line Do I need to separate the property taxes and the CA state taxes ($800 for a LLC). Right now I use line 11 on form 8825 for both
