How do I report the income on a 1099-misc that shows box 3 as other income. This income was from Pipeline Company that paid for right of way crossing on my property.

Line 21, "Other income" (strangely enough :-)

Most software offers you an opportunity to explain simply -- e.g., "Pipeline right of way fee."
