TCJA made changes for 2018 1040s. In particular, we can no longer deduct tax prep fees (if we itemize deductions).
Does that also apply to 2018 1041s (trusts)?
What about attorney fees: are they still deductible on 2018 1041s?

Most non-business attorney's fees are no longer deductible. But I saw an IRS document that indicated that attorney's fees for collecting emotional distress damages could be deducted as a medical expense. I don't know if that is the IRS official position, but it seemed a little odd to me.
