I know that when we leave (or are left from) our job, we can roll our
401K over into our regular IRA, but are rollovers possible while still employed?I heard somewhere that employees who are 59.5 or older can roll their
401K over to an IRA while still employed. Does anybody know if that's true?
Your plan administrator knows. In service rollovers are allowed, but not required, by the law. IOW, it's up to the plan.
