I understood they were to be started in May, but mine was posted to my checking account on Friday, 4/25. My brother filed about a week earlier, but hasn't gotten his yet, so I don't know the scheduling algorithm. We both e-filed, I got a small refund and he was filing just to get the $600 (almost no taxable income).
