Client wants to donate piece of real property to a church, and the church sell it to a new buyer (purchase price is $11,500). Do we have to do a deed to charity and then have charity sell; or can we have some sort of documentation from Church accepting the gift but directing us to convey property to ultimate buyer? Seems silly to have to do 2 step process, but if we have to do so we certainly will. thanks.
