Can anyone direct me to a source where the verbiage of this Act is inserted into the source documents that are being modified by this Act? That would make it much easier to follow than all the "amend this" and "strike that" that this Act contains. I am specifically interested in Title I - Energy Production Incentives. I would really like to see the source document with the modifications highlighted so that we easily see what actually changed and follow it through.
