FBAR 2014 electronically Filing

I am filling out the 2014 FBAR for first time for 2013. My husband died the last day of 2012 and we were living in the US at that time. We had 2 joint foreign accounts that were in both our names but he was the principle on the account. In 2013 the 2 accounts were closed and reopened under my name and they have to be declared too. Thats fine But now this

For the principle joint owner info I have put my husbands name on the two accounts and next to his surname I wrote (deceased) is this allowed or not. Is it better to not put anything there and just leave his last name?

At the end of 2013 I moved back to the foreign country and so the 2013 address is no longer a US address. Does the new foreign address go on that same page for the principle owners address even though he is now dead?

Or should it be his last residence which was the US address which I moved from in 2013? I put my present foreign address on this page even though he never has lived here is that right? It is my present address and the rest of the accounts are under my name and filed as separately owned?

Its annoying that death of a spouse is not in the least addressed in the information and it is confusing on how to file it.

my email is ksuter20 at gmail dot com if you feel you need more info about this. I really am confused.

Thank for any help, KSA

If upon the death of your husband, ownership of the accounts passed to you, then for 2013 there was no joint ownership. It doesn't matter that the title did not change until some time after 1/1/13. You were the sole owner on 1/1/13. I would complete the 114 using only your name and taxpayer ID. You enter your current address on the form. Fincen is fussy on how you actually enter foreign addresses. They explain how to do it in the instructions to the form.
