In October 2003, members of this newsgroup were kind enough to fill a survey about learning and knowledge-sharing which I applied as part of my PhD. Several people freely gave their time and helpful comments. I posted a brief summary of the results two years ago. Now I'm happy to report I have defended my thesis, and recently presented a paper at the Academy of Management Meeting in Philadelphia. I want to thank again all who participated.
