MS Dynamics Survey

I got an e-mail this morning asking me to participate in a survey regarding MS Dynamics Services. I took the survey, and gave them generally low marks.

A recent topic here: 'items on SALE for a period..not taken off after sale date passes' illustrates my dissatisfaction quite well. MS unilaterally declares that a response to the initial question is THE ANSWER and that's it--the problem still exists, and the person that posted the question may or may not have the technical ability to follow through on the (fellow end user) proposed solution. MS has formally abdicated all responsibility for a serious flaw in their product. They won't even take the technically complex 'solution' and make a KB article out of it with step-by-step instructions for the not so technically savvy.

I have lots of little problems that are never resolved. I try to do what I can, I look here, search CustomerSource, call my RMS partner, who in turn contacts MS... Nothing happens.

Not that anyone at MS actually cares about my opinion...
