Question. I have RECORD ITEM COMMENTS flagged ON (SO Mgr, File, Config, Options, POS Options, Record Item Comments). If a cashier enters an item comment (Ctrl-F10) where does that comment go? Does it only print on the receipt? It doesn't show on the voucher nor can I find it on any report.

I had this same question before... I think it only prints it on the Journal. I have not been able to find it in the database.

Problem is ... it seems to only print on the receipt ... it's not even in the Journal. I did find it in the transactionentry database. But, it SHOULD be on the journal - if it prints on the receipt it should be on the journal!

Wouldn't mind seeing the comments on sales detail reports. But, more importantly, I'd love to see them on the Journals. Why if they (the comments) print on the receipts are they not on the journals? Can I make that happen?
