Request reponse from MS technical support

Hi, This is Kay/Kathy. I just learned a little more about email/forum/question/support and the confusion among incident support, support plan, email support, public group, managed group, user group, customer group and partner group, etc..., what exists, existed, no longer exists, merged, differentiated......

Most of my questions here have been unanswered or answered without solution with the exception of Glens' and Jeff's, to which I'm grateful....

Technically, I'm not sure if my posts should have been responded by the MS technical support team. If you exists here, please check my record and respond.

When I first registered, I was automatically advised to use any hotmail account if I already had one, so I did (sign on with a fictional name/account). As it turned out, this is not an account on record with the planned support.....I have been whinning to no end. I have thousands of little questions, and incident support preferred to separate them by topics, I didn't want to start a new request every time there's a little bug....as we are in bug land....

So, here we are!....looking forward to hear an official voice!....
