How much can I contribute to Simple IRA and ROTH combined

Jan 09, 2010 2 Replies

I know that I can contribute $6000 to a ROTH for 2010. I am 64 and my income is far below the upper limit.

Can I also contribute to an IRA, deductible or otherwise? If so, how much?

I earn $26000 a year in salary.

thanks

You can contribute to both traditional IRA and Roth IRAs provided the total amount of annual contribution is not more than $6,000.
