I will be able to count a relative not living with me as a dependent this year. However, I do not understand how to calculate the Fair Rental Value of the Mobile Home that he owns. He lives in a mobile home community. I paid all of his expenses for 2005. Can someone lead me through this? We are in Virginia. Thanks, mary ann
