A search for "Form 1040" at does not bring up the new schedules 1 through 6.
A search for "Schedules" also turn up nothing.
Has the IRS perhaps not published .pdf copies of such schedules (to be used with the 2018 Form 1040) due to the government shutdown?
Google is better than the IRS search engine. Here's what they have avaialble how:

for "1040" or "form 1040" turns up these schedules and has for several weeks now, for download. So, they exist.
PS: I've seen this note:
NOTE: The new Form 1040 for tax year 2018 is a shorter form and replaces all prior Forms 1040, 1040A and 1040EZ. The new Form 1040 is supplemented with up to six additional schedules. Order Form 1040 to receive the new Form 1040 and all six schedules.
...but how do I print out such schedules?
