I'm an ebay seller and I have a relative who helps me, my question is whether I should file my taxes as an individual or as a partnership. Everything is in my name, my relative and I both work the same hours and live off of the money we make on ebay. We made about $10,000 profit in 2004. Let me know which way we could save the most money.
