Premium Tax Credit

I have a client who would have qualified for her premium tax credit for the first 10 months of the year. However, she got married in late November and her new spouse's income put her out of the range to qualify. Isn't there some provision that allows her to claim the credit for the first 8 months of the year? Pro Series has a place on Form 8962 to indicate the month of marriage but I am not able to see any way of allocating the income to the individual months. AGI filing married is $123,200.00. Her AGI alone is $18,280.00. She has to repay almost $5,000.00

See the 8962 instructions for Line 9 relating to the the Alternative Calculation For Year of Marriage Eligibility. Then see Table 4 in the Line 9 instructions and follow the instructions.
