What do you need appraised? Munroe, Park & Johnson in San Antonio is good for appraising business and partnership interests.

Single family homes or small apartment buildings. My client used a broker who, it turns out, appears to have sold her some properties at way more than they were worth, including at least one that he owned and at least one where he represented both sides of the deal. The appraiser will be needed to determine if that's true, or if the broker acted reasonably. Thanks - I'll have my client call them.
